Scope of Application

• These GTC govern the relationship between money:care GmbH (Seilerstätte 24/4, 1010 Vienna) and customers regarding the online course "Impact Academy" on sustainable investing. They apply to consumers.

• Changes to these GTC will be communicated to customers via email and are considered accepted if not objected to within one month.

Conclusion of Contract

• Offer and acceptance: The presentation of the online course on our website does not constitute a binding offer. A binding offer is created by the customer's order and payment via the ordering process described on our website, including payment processing by our payment provider Stripe (https://stripe.com/de/legal/consumer).

• Confirmation and conclusion of contract: The acceptance of the customer's offer is made by sending an order confirmation via email. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and valid email address. The contract between money:care GmbH and the customer is concluded with this email confirmation. The conclusion of the contract is also documented in the customer's account ("profile") on our website.

• Contract text and documentation: All contract texts, including ordered courses, prices, and terms of use, are visible in the customer's profile. The customer should save or print these contract texts for their records.

• Review and correction: Before completing the order process, the customer has the opportunity to review and possibly correct their entries. This includes reviewing the selected course, personal data, and payment information.

• Language of the contract: The entire contract conclusion is in German. All communication and documentation in the context of the contract conclusion will therefore be provided in German.

• Customer service and contact: For questions about the ordering process or the conclusion of the contract, our customer service is available. Contact can be made using the contact details provided on our website.

Course Format and Procedure / Shipping Conditions

• The course comprises various online formats and is in German.

• Digital content is provided electronically as access to learning videos or other online materials.

• Learning videos are provided on Notion. Customers receive access to the learning videos from the start date of the Impact Academy, which begins immediately after the Kick-Off Session. Access to the videos is guaranteed for a duration of 9 months from this date. Customers must create an account with Notion for this purpose: https://www.notion.so/

• The Kick-Off Session, cohort, and closing session take place on Discord. Customers must create an account with Discord for this purpose: https://discord.com/

• The course procedure is precisely described on the website: https://www.moneycare.at/impact-academy

Payment Terms

The purchase price is due with the order. The prices indicated on the website, including all taxes, apply. The customer can only offset with undisputed or legally established counterclaims.

Usage Rights

The customer is granted a non-exclusive, unlimited in time and place right to use the digital contents of the course for private purposes. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.

Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

• Withdrawal is possible no later than 14 days before the start date of the next Kick-Off Session.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (money:care GmbH, Seilerstätte 24/4, 1010 Vienna, Austria, Email: office@moneycare.at) by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

• To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of access to the online course, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. money:care GmbH is liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for the negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, but only for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

The privacy policy of money:care GmbH, which can be viewed on the website, applies.

Data Protection When Using Notion

• When participating in the online course "Impact Academy", you will be added as a guest on the platform Notion. As part of this process, your name will be visible to other participants in the guest list.

• We hereby inform you that your data (name and possibly email address) will be visible to other course participants on the Notion platform. By agreeing to these GTC, you consent to your data being used in this context and made accessible to other course participants.

• We point out that Notion has its own privacy policy, which is independent of ours. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with Notion's privacy policy: https://www.notion.so/de-de/security

• Your consent to the visibility of your data on Notion is voluntary. You have the right to revoke this consent at any time. However, please note that revoking your consent may affect access to course content on Notion.

• We commit to using your data exclusively in the context of conducting the online course and ensuring that no unauthorized disclosure of your data to third parties occurs.

Data Protection When Using Discord

• For conducting our online live video Kick-Off Session and the closing session, as well as for the exchange in Discord cohorts, we use the platform Discord. To participate in these sessions, it is necessary for you to create an account with Discord and agree to Discord's privacy policy.

• We hereby inform you that during the use of Discord, your data (such as your name, profile picture, and any information shared during the sessions) may be visible to other participants and the administrators of the Discord server.

• By participating in these sessions on Discord and agreeing to these GTC, you consent to your data being used in this context and made accessible to other session participants and server administrators.

• Discord has its own privacy policies, which are independent of ours. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with Discord's privacy policies to understand how your data is treated on this platform.

• Your participation in the Discord sessions is voluntary. You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your data on Discord at any time. However, please note that revoking your consent may affect participation in the live sessions and the exchange in the cohorts.

• We commit to taking appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data and to ensure that no unauthorized disclosure of your data to third parties occurs.

Final Provisions

• Changes to these GTC require written form, with transmission by email considered as written form.

• Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Law.

• The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

• Invalid provisions will be replaced by effective ones that come closest to the economic sense.
